Duct2Go Shipping Policy
At Duct2Go, we’re committed to delivering your ductwork safely and efficiently. Here’s what you can expect when you order from us:
Shipping Methods
- Ground Parcel: Used for small to mid-sized orders such as fittings, short duct sections, or accessories.
- LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload): Used for large, bulky, or palletized ductwork including spiral pipe, rectangular ducts, and oversized fittings.
Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed and ready for pickup within 3–7 business days.
- Transit times vary based on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. (Delivery by rail service can take up to 9-12 business days.)
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
- For custom orders or bulk pricing, contact us directly for a shipping quote.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Local Pickup
- Available from our fabrication shop. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Packaging
- All ductwork is securely strapped, wrapped, and palletized (when needed) to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
- LTL shipments may require a delivery appointment or a forklift at the destination for unloading.
Damages or Issues
- Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
- If any items arrive damaged, note it with the delivery driver and contact us within 24 hours.
